Vinh Phuc is situated in the top of Red river Delta and is the meeting point between plain and mountains. Therefore, it is divided into 3 regions: plain in the South of the province, midland in the North and mountains in Tam Dao district. The province is divided into 1 city (Phuc Yen) and 7 districts: Binh Xuyen, Lap Thach, Me Linh, Tam Duong, Tam Dao, Vinh Tuong, Yen Lac. Vinh Phuc Industrial Park: Khai Quang Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen I Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park, Ba Thien I Industrial Park, Ba Thien II Industrial Park, Tam Duong Industrial Park.
